Job summary

BairesDev, a global technology partner, is seeking a Senior QA Auditor to ensure operational excellence by evaluating processes and workflows. You will provide oversight to maintain quality and regulatory compliance, translating complex data into actionable insights for strategic improvement.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
Auditing methodology, scorecards, and KPIs.
Structured documentation for operational workflows.
Experience in compliance or TA Ops.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify process inefficiencies and functional gaps.
Develop and maintain scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance trends.
Produce detailed documentation and reports translating audit findings into remediation plans.
Lead periodic internal reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements and benchmarks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and bolster compliance.
