Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software QA or Test Management.
• Experience designing and implementing test strategies for UI, API, and performance.
• Proven leadership of QA teams and testing processes.
• Knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies.
• Familiar with defect lifecycle and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level test strategies for UI, API, and performance.
• Lead and mentor QA teams, coordinating testing efforts with development goals.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle and set quality benchmarks.
• Use risk-based testing to prioritize critical functionalities and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and monitor KPIs to drive testing efficiency and effectiveness.
