BairesDev is hiring a QA Automation Engineer (Playwright) to own the QA domain for a fast-moving startup, with US-time-zone support and AI-assisted tooling. You will build and maintain suites, analyze root causes, and patch issues in git branches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright.
• Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing support.
• Availability to work in US time zones.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced automated test suites using Playwright.
• Manage the entire QA domain, including root cause analysis and bug reporting.
• Handle first-line customer support via Intercom during US time zones.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate testing workflows.
• Patch minor issues directly on git branches for core team review.
• Interact with agentic QA tools to improve testing coverage and efficiency.
