MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a QA & Testing Lead to own the end-to-end testing charter for the IT PMO, shaping governance, automation frameworks, and toolchains across enterprise initiatives. You will lead testing governance, establish quality gates, and coach business SMEs through UAT and defect triage while overseeing vendor deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software quality assurance, test engineering, or quality architecture.
• Experience building or standardizing testing frameworks across multi-application landscapes.
• Independent contributor who can govern strategy and execute hands-on testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and roll out enterprise QA strategy, governance, and tests.
• Institutionalize quality gates across Waterfall and Agile delivery tracks.
• Integrate standard test toolsets into CI/CD pipelines and PMO workflows.
• Establish playbooks, scripts, and triage workflows for UAT and business SAs.
• Define quality expectations with System Integrators and vendors.
• Create executive dashboards tracking defect density and MTTR.
