Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Virginia seeks a QA & Testing Lead to own the end-to-end testing strategy across ERP, CRM, and API integrations. You will design governance, establish gates, and build automation frameworks within the PMO, blending Waterfall and Agile delivery.

As a strategic individual contributor, you will lead toolchain selection (Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps), define playbooks, supervise vendor testing, and deliver executive quality metrics.

Qualifications

8+ years in software quality assurance or quality architecture.
Independent contributor with governance and hands-on testing.
Broad tech view across ERP, supply chain, CRM, and integrations.
Strong experience with API testing and modern automation engines.
ISTQB CTFL/CTAL or CSQE credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and roll out enterprise QA strategy, governance, and test standards.
Institutionalize quality gates for SIT, UAT, performance, and regression.
Build and integrate test toolchains in CI/CD pipelines.
Coach business SMEs through UAT and defect triage workflows.
Define metrics dashboards and audits for vendor and SI testing.
