99Bright Minds is seeking a Quality Control & Quality Assurance Specialist to lead manual and automated testing and ensure software quality across the full development lifecycle. You will design test plans, develop automation scripts, collaborate with developers and PMs, and mentor junior QA staff while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software quality assurance and quality control.
• Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing.
• Ability to design and execute test plans, test cases and regression suites.
• Strong track record of identifying and documenting critical bugs and edge cases.
• Experience leading QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting languages.
• Experience with version control; CI/CD and DevOps familiarity is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end testing across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Perform meticulous manual testing to uncover edge cases.
• Identify, document and track defects with precision.
• Lead QA engineers and analysts in testing best practices.

• Build risk-based test strategies, regression plans and coverage.
