Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Test Analyst in large organizations.
• Experience leading or contributing to technical implementations or legacy modernization.
• 8+ years using Test Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JAMA to manage requirements, design specifications, test cases, defects, and traceability.
• 8+ years hands-on with large databases and writing SQL queries to retrieve and validate data.
• Strong experience coordinating business, functional, and technical testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution across enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate business, functional, and technical testing activities.
• Define goals, objectives, schedules, priorities, and testing processes.
• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Manage defects end-to-end from identification to resolution and reporting.
• Produce and communicate test execution metrics, trends, and status to leadership.
