Job summary

Synergy is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester to perform functional and integration testing for a server-based UI. You will interpret requirements, develop test plans and cases, and ensure high-quality product releases.

The role involves mentoring junior QA staff, collaborating with product stakeholders, and contributing to Agile ceremonies. Remote-friendly, with strong focus on quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with functional, system, regression, and integration testing.
• Proven experience developing test cases from user stories.
• Ability to analyze a product for accurate integration test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Expert QA Analyst delivering thorough testing and testing artifacts.
• Lead and mentor junior QA analysts in testing practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define QA parameters and test plans.
• Ensure successful deployment of products with minimal defects.
• Support deployments, testing activities, and production releases.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain technical docs.
