Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to perform functional and integration testing on a server-based UI application. You will interpret requirements, develop test plans, and ensure high product quality throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities include creating test cases from user stories, executing tests, and collaborating with designers, developers, and product stakeholders. This remote role offers career growth and opportunities to mentor junior teammates within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• Experience with functional, system, regression, and integration testing.
• Ability to develop test cases from user stories.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and/or web services.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and integration tests for server-based UI applications.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases; track quality metrics.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and contribute to QA best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain test artifacts.
