Qualifications

• 2-4 years Home Mortgage experience, specific Loss Mitigation experience preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and meet tight deadlines.
• PC skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database applications.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, operations, regulatory requirements.

• Design and execute QA testing; ensure controls function properly.

• Document testing results in system of record and track changes.
