Job summary

Citizens Financial is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join a team responsible for monitoring and testing assigned products, processes and services. Under direction, you will complete quality control testing for one or more lines of business, delivering control testing and risk monitoring activities that help determine the effectiveness of the control environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years Home Mortgage experience, specific Loss Mitigation experience preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction
• PC skills including proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database applications
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as an engaged member of a team
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Knowledge of banking/brokerage products and operations; regulatory requirements; and key processes, controls, and exposure areas a plus
• Experience delivering under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Design and execute quality assurance testing to ensure controls are functioning properly
• QA results aid the line of business by ensuring data flows correctly from input to reporting
• Identify and develop ways to improve the testing process
• Builds strong relationships with partners and management across lines of business
• Documents testing results in the system of record and notes changes in processes
• Maintains up-to-date understanding of business processes and regulatory requirements for QA
