Qualifications

• 2-4 years Home Mortgage experience, Loss Mitigation preferred.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• PC skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute quality assurance testing to ensure proper functioning of processes and controls.
• Identify and develop improvements to testing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Builds strong relationships with partners and business line management and shares testing outcomes.
• Document testing results in the system of record and track changes as required.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of business processes and regulatory requirements for QA testing and controls.
