Citadel Federal Credit Union is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to safeguard loan quality across real estate, consumer, and commercial portfolios. You will perform pre‑funding and post‑closing reviews, validate data across systems, and provide reporting to drive corrective actions.

Responsibility includes coordinating with third‑party auditors, tracking audit findings, and presenting results to Operations, Servicing, Credit, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years in lending, servicing, quality control, audit, or compliance within mortgage/consumer/commercial environments.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑funding and/or post‑closing audit processes and third‑party auditor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for pre‑funding and post‑closing audits with third‑party firms; coordinate samples, document requests, responses, and due dates.
• Track and resolve audit findings; ensure timely remediation, root‑cause analysis, and evidence of corrective action.
• Perform QC testing on real estate, consumer, and commercial loans for regulatory, credit, operational, and documentation compliance.
• Verify data integrity between LOS, servicing system, document repository, collateral, and data warehouse; identify and correct mismatches.
• Validate calculations (APR/finance charge), escrow setup, fee tolerance, rate/term, and covenant tracking for commercial loans.
• Maintain sampling methodologies, test scripts, and control checklists; update for new products or regulatory updates.
• Produce QC reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly); present findings to Operations, Servicing, Credit, Compliance, and Risk; elevate issues.
• Log defects/exceptions; track remediation to closure; test effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Recommend process, control, and training enhancements to reduce defects and cycle time.
• Coordinate secure document transfer with auditors; protect NPI/PII and adhere to security standards.
