We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of our NetSuite ERP implementation. The QA Analyst will design and execute test plans, validate system functionality, and ensure that all configurations, customizations, and integrations meet business requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in ERP testing, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of NetSuite modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for all system enhancements and customizations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to understand requirements and system changes.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools; verify defect fixes and validate resolutions.
• Ensure end-to-end system integrations function correctly across NetSuite and external systems.
• Validate data migration and data integrity from legacy systems to NetSuite.
• Support training and documentation by validating processes and reporting system behavior.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes, workflows, and NetSuite configurations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience, preferably with ERP or NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and testing best practices.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience testing NetSuite modules, SuiteScript customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Knowledge of automation tools for ERP testing.
• Familiarity with data migration validation and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of SaaS ERP architecture and cloud-based system constraints.
