Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced college degree required.
• Experience testing APIs with Postman, Katalon, Insomnia, ReadyAPI or SOAPUI.
• Experience querying SQL databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; healthcare eligibility knowledge is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans for API development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Analyze test results and report issues found during testing.
• Ensure APIs adhere to company standards.
• Collaborate with business, developers, and other stakeholders to identify test cases.
• Collaborate with application developers to investigate problems discovered during testing.
• Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT teams.
• Conduct regression testing for monthly releases.
• Other duties as assigned.
