Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of quality control analyst experience with testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced team environment
• Advanced SQL queries and Excel skills
• Ability to use AI to aid QA/testing automation and understand relational databases

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to project setup, reporting, and data calculations
• Lead efforts to automate testing using Claude and Playwright
• Analyze client reporting and KPIs to measure program and sales initiatives
• Track QA issues and ensure timely resolution with project teams
• Review operations processes and propose improvements and best practices
• Define requirements with technology operations and development teams for complex solutions
• Support User Acceptance Testing and regression testing
• Collaborate on test plans with project teams
• Assist with data validation and verification and test new development changes
