Qtsolv in the United States is seeking an experienced Power BI / Business Intelligence Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions. The role collaborates with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Power BI, data visualization, data modeling, and experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Sigma.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in BI, data analytics or reporting.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong data visualization, data modeling and reporting best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Experience with multiple data sources and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision‑making.
• Partner with business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal data sources.
• Develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations that provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline existing manual reporting processes.
• Enhance existing dashboards for improved usability, performance, and visualization.
• Conduct root‑cause and trend analysis and help stakeholders understand key drivers behind business performance.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting and analytical requests from multiple business teams.
• Create appropriate documentation for dashboards, data sources, business logic, and reporting processes.
• Work independently with stakeholders to manage priorities and deliver reporting solutions within agreed timelines.
