Qualifications

• 3 years quality control analyst testing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of how technology solves business problems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to project setup, reporting, data calculations, content management and more.
• Lead automation testing using Claude and Playwright.
• Analyze client reporting and KPIs to measure program and sales initiatives.
• Track quality control issues across projects and ensure resolution with the team.
• Review ongoing operations and propose improvements; establish best practices.
• Collaborate with technology operations and development to define requirements and assist implementation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and regression testing.
• Create and execute a project's test plan with team members.
• Assist with data validation and verification.
• Test new development and change requests.
