  • Analyze client reporting and KPIs to measure program and sales initiatives
  • Track QA issues and ensure timely resolution with project teams
  • Review operations processes and propose improvements and best practices
  • Define requirements with technology operations and development teams for complex solutions
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and regression testing
  • Collaborate on test plans with project teams
  • Assist with data validation and verification and test new development changes

Job description

Our Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst. This individual is responsible for testing and troubleshooting functionality on client websites, handling complex data requests, and creating reporting for customer use. This individual needs to excel in problem-solving, critical thinking, analysis, testing, and documentation.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues related to project setup, reporting, data calculations, content management and more
  • Lead effort to automate testing using tools such as Claude and Playwright
  • Analyzing reporting for our client requests and analyzing key performance indicators to help measure program and sales initiatives
  • Track quality control issues across projects and follow up with project team members to ensure resolution
  • Proactively review ongoing operation process, provide improvement recommendations, and establish best practices
  • Working with our technology operations and development team to properly define requirements for complex technology solutions and assist in the implementation, documentation, and turnover to operations team members
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and working with our operations teams to ensure new technology and development meets requirements
  • Collaborate with other project team members to create and execution a project's test plan
  • Assist team members with data validation and verification
  • Test new development and change requests
Required Experience & Education
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business, preferred
  • 3 years' quality control analyst with testing experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and un understanding of how technology can be used to solve business problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Required Technical Capabilities
  • Ability to use AI to aid QA/testing automation, query tools, understand relational database structures, and web site development
  • Highly proficient in advanced SQL queries
  • Advanced Excel skills

We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters.

Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
