• 5+ years hands-on Python development for production environments.
• Experience delivering microservices and RESTful APIs.
• 3+ years using GitLab for source control and code reviews.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/CloudBees and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of CLO structures, bank loans, and fixed-income securities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications, primarily backend Python services and RESTful APIs.
• Own CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Engage with senior investment professionals to translate requirements and constraints.
• Mentor developers, review code, and maintain development standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage a prioritized product backlog.
• Create and maintain architecture/API/Data model documentation.
