Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Track record of distributed systems using AWS, MySQL/Dynamo and Kubernetes.
• Defined technical plans for significant features with simple, extensible design.
• Writes high-quality, maintainable code understood by others.
• Owns changes in large code bases; builds safe tooling and practices.
• Seeks feedback from team, manager and stakeholders to grow.
• Strong written and verbal communication for global collaboration.
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's degree required.

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team and lead engineers through ambiguity.
