Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years building production Python applications with typing and testing.
• Production experience in a statically typed language (Java or C#).
• Experience designing modular, readable, well-tested production code with clear interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling and self-service capabilities for deploying AI solutions using Kubernetes, Python, APIs, REST framework, and authentication solutions.
• Build reusable platform components to scale Generative AI use cases with pre-trained and fine-tuned models.
• Leverage Kubernetes for modern containerised workloads.
• Integrate with vector stores for embeddings.
• Draft best practices on Generative AI tools (GPT, Llama, Hugging Face) and libraries like LangChain.
• Analyze GenAI solutions focusing on Agentic Orchestration and Agent Builder frameworks.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
