Baanyan Software Services, Inc. seeks a senior Python developer to help build a firmwide AI Development Platform and drive adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise.

You will design scalable, production-grade software, own APIs and SDKs, and work across Kubernetes and major cloud providers to enable enterprise-grade AI solutions with robust testing and long-term ownership. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and development.
• 5+ years building production Python applications and libraries.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern delivery.
• Strong fundamentals in software design, testing, maintainability, and ownership.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and GenAI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop tooling and self-service capabilities for deploying AI solutions using Kubernetes and REST APIs.
• Build reusable platform components to scale Generative AI use cases.
• Design and maintain APIs and SDKs for enterprise adoption.
• Lead platform integrations with vector stores and embedding capabilities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain production systems.
