Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Permanent US work authorization
• Expert in Python programming and AI system development
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar orchestration tools
• Experience in healthcare application development, particularly in care or provider domain support
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Proficiency in batch file processing and scheduling using Python
• Knowledge of IT controls and security best practices

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards
• Build and optimize agentic workflows leveraging Copilot and Devin development tools
• Architect scalable, production‑ready AI systems with robust error handling and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing infrastructure
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in AI development
• Document system architecture, APIs, and deployment procedures
• Troubleshoot and optimize agent performance and reliability
• Perform unit testing, follow release procedures, and adhere to coding design and documentation protocols
• Implement IT controls to protect application and data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of RESTful architecture and Python libraries for API development
• Evaluate libraries and technologies for suitability to business and technical requirements
• Develop and schedule batch processes using Python
