The role requires at least 5 years in maintenance and personnel management in energy, strong communication, budgeting, and proficiency with asset management systems like Maximo.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and personnel management experience in utility/energy sectors.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and direct safe operations of multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and asset-management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site personnel, supervisors, technicians, and staff specialists to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
• Ensure adherence to contracts, budgets, and company policies; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead hiring, performance reviews, and development plans for site maintenance staff.
• Coordinate operations with central support groups to minimize downtime and drive reliability.
• Maintain Maximo-based asset data and support maintenance planning and execution.
