Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day PV plant operations and maintenance. You will lead site personnel, manage health and safety, budgets, and compliance while ensuring reliable generation assets and timely performance reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in utility/energy operations, strong leadership, and proficient use of Maximo and MS Office. Travel to multiple PV sites is expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and personnel management in utility/energy sectors.
• EH&S compliance knowledge and budgeting experience.
• Operations and maintenance of generation assets; performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site personnel, supervisors, technicians, and specialists.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, policies, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with management; communicate operational updates regularly.
• Manage maintenance programs, planning, and scheduling for multiple projects.
• Ensure accurate use of Maximo for asset management.
