NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Francesville, IN to support utility-scale PV plant operation. Duties include SCADA monitoring, commissioning, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs of PV systems, inverters, and transformers.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (college preferred) and 1 year of related experience; strong safety and documentation practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor PV Plant operation through SCADA.
• Perform commissioning, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of PV systems.
• Repair and modify AC/DC solar PV components and inverters.
