Job summary

Dibble is seeking a Pursuit Specialist or Senior Pursuit Specialist to join its Marketing Team. The role focuses on preparing proposals and SOQs, ensuring solicitation requirements are met, and coordinating across departments for timely submittals.

Responsibilities include tracking pursuit efforts, maintaining branding, and assisting with presentation media. Candidates should have strong writing/editing skills, and 5–10 years in proposal development in the A/E/C field.

Qualifications

• A.S. or B.S. in English, Technical Communications, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years proposal development, production, and delivery with skill sets in technical writing and/or marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license or be able to obtain a valid driver's license within 3 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Compile, write, edit, and format content for proposals and interviews with accuracy and quality.
• Organize and manage the proposal and interview process to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality, conformance, grammar, clarity, production, and timely delivery of proposals.
• Coordinate with project teams in multiple locations.
• Support marketing tasks and maintain CRM/database filing for proposals.
