Job summary

Dibble is seeking a Pursuit Specialist or Senior Pursuit Specialist to join the Marketing Team in a role focused on proposal and SOQ preparation. You will collaborate with technical and business development staff to ensure quality submissions that meet solicitation requirements and are delivered on time.

The position emphasizes content creation, branding adherence, and coordination across departments, with opportunities for professional development and community impact.

Qualifications

• AS/BS in English, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of proposal development, production, and delivery with technical writing/marketing experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Compile, write, edit, and format proposals and interviews with accuracy.
• Organize and manage the proposal and interview process to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality, grammar, clarity, production, and timely delivery of submissions.
• Collaborate with project teams across locations and coordinate marketing activities.
• Assist with Deltek VantagePoint database maintenance and CRM filing.
