Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Major Pursuits Capture Strategist to lead end-to-end opportunity capture for must-win bids and to position TYLin to win large procurements. You will qualify high-value opportunities and coordinate with CAM, technical teams, and the Pursuits + Work Winning team to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in proposal management or business development, with strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in proposal management, capture strategy, or business development.
• Experience with public-sector procurement processes and large, complex pursuits.
• Executive-level communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit strategy, opportunity assessment, and win strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Oversee proposal development, reviews, and storytelling.
• Coach interview teams and tailor winning presentations.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement in pursuits.
