TYLin is seeking a Major Pursuits Capture Strategist to lead the end-to-end opportunity capture process, collaborating with CAM teams, technical teams, and the Pursuits + Work Winning group to position TYLin for success on large, competitive procurements.

The role requires 10+ years in proposal management or capture strategy, with strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and project management abilities. This is a full-time role based in our California office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in proposal management, capture strategy, or business development.
• Demonstrated success leading capture planning processes for large, complex pursuits.
• Experience working with public-sector procurement processes.
• Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuit process for identified must-win opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including CAM, technical, commercial, and marketing.
• Oversee proposal development and formal Reviews to communicate winning story.
• Coach interview teams and prepare presentations for client meetings.
• Track pursuit metrics, win rates, and lessons learned.
