Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in category management or retail analytics, ecom analytics a plus.
• Experience with NielsenIQ, Stackline or market-data platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfort using imperfect data to make strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Insights and Data Analytics: synthesize data streams into concise selling stories to improve discovery, conversion, basket size and category growth.
• Pureplay score-carding: monitor dollar share, search and traffic share, and item performance to surface shifts and drive PDP optimization.
• Category forecasting: build 3-year retailer forecasts and monthly reviews to inform sales and share projections.
• Cross-functional collaboration: develop digital category management best practices with Product Growth Teams.
