Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in sales or category analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to distill complex data into clear stories while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years in sales or category analytics or management.
• 2 years of consumer-packaged goods analytical experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to distill data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data to identify business trends, competitive market activity, shopper trends, product performance, and provide actionable recommendations to partner retailers
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to track performance of business objectives (shelf performance, product effectiveness, retailer initiatives)
• Build, update and refresh weekly and monthly dashboards (weekly POS + monthly category recaps)
• Provide ad hoc support as needed
