Job summary

California Faucets, Inc. is seeking an experienced Purchasing and Planning Manager to lead material procurement, production planning, and S&OP activities at our Huntington Beach, CA site.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Operations, you will manage supplier relationships, drive on-time delivery, and optimize inventory turns while aligning cross-functional teams to meet ambitious performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, management or related disciplines.
• Experience in developing a Sales and Operations Planning program with previous employers.
• Extensive experience in importing from several countries around the world.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Experience in lean, six sigma, or other similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and production planning to increase inventory turns and on-time delivery.
• Maintain an S&OP program involving Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Develop supplier relationships and supplier scorecards.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery by coordinating with engineering and manufacturing operations.
