Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and approve requisitions, purchase orders, and reports for accuracy.
• Prepare bid specifications, legal ads, and bid documents for formal bids.
• Conduct bid openings and analyze bids for compliance and best value.
• Serve as back-up Security Administrator for the procurement system.
• Provide coverage and communication with vendors and staff regarding purchasing activities.
