Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Issue state purchase orders and solicitation documents for the department statewide.
• Coordinate with vendors and agency staff to determine commodity needs and delivery schedules.
• Prepare bid specs, ads, and bid documents; conduct bid openings and evaluations for awards.
• Support training, supervise subordinates, and assist in personnel actions as needed.
• Ensure accurate records in procurement systems and maintain compliance with policies.
