Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, OR 5-7 years equivalent experience in purchasing, procurement, or construction support roles.
• Experience in homebuilding, residential construction, or construction materials procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage purchase orders, vendor communications, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in bid preparation, contract documentation, and pricing verification.
• Monitor vendor performance and address delivery, quality, and service issues.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on processes and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, pricing, and correspondence.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex procurement issues across departments.
• Support cross-functional teams in addressing purchasing inquiries.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.
• Communicate materials, orders, and scheduling requirements clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports or summaries on procurement activity for team review.
