You will ensure competitive pricing, accurate scopes, and timely material availability while collaborating with Construction, Estimating, Design, and Operations teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in purchasing, supply chain, or construction operations OR 6-8 years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in homebuilding or residential construction purchasing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain qualified trade partners and suppliers.
• Prepare, issue, and manage bid packages, scopes of work, and takeoffs.
• Solicit, analyze, and compare bids; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Construction, Estimating, Operations, and Product teams.
• Maintain purchasing data, contracts, scopes, and pricing in ERP systems.
• Support value engineering by analyzing costs and alternatives.
• Monitor trade partner performance, availability, and compliance.
• Assist with new community setup activities and bid launches.
• Research market conditions, materials, and supplier trends.
• Support process improvements and documentation standards.
