Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager to lead a multi-site NA Commercial procurement team responsible for material planning, purchasing, and inventory management. You will drive system improvements, standardize processes, and advance technology to enhance supply chain performance.

You will establish site KPIs, pursue cost-saving opportunities, and partner with suppliers to reduce lead times and improve reliability across PCI's network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years experience.
• College level mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of computer programs.
• Full professional proficiency: speak, read, and write fluently.
• High reasoning: solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• High standard of report writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of purchasing professionals to drive accountability and results.
• Develop and manage material purchasing, MRP, and inventory management.
• Improve processes and drive cost savings across sites.
• Forecast demand and communicate lead times to suppliers.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance; lead supplier relationships.
• Overtime/weekend work may be required.
