Qualifications

• MBA preferred or equivalent MA degree.
• 10+ years related experience in procurement or supply chain.
• 5+ years GMP environment experience.
• Strategic sourcing and supplier contract management experience.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and manage cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sourcing including planning, purchasing, materials specification, logistics and supplier contracts.
• Develop and lead a high-performance procurement team.
• Establish high performance standards and define accountability.
• Train team to collaborate with Sales on project analyses and roadblocks.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage vendor performance.
• Build partnerships with department heads to drive business objectives.
• Manage cost savings tracking and reporting for procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PCI EHS policies and environmental standards.
