Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counting and data entry.
• Proficiency in placing forecasted orders and reviewing vendor confirmations.
• Daily inventory integrity via ERP systems.
• Strong communication via phone, email, and Teams.
• Intermediate Excel formulas and spreadsheet usage.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count data entry and reconciliation.
• Place forecasted orders with vendors and review confirmations.
• Monitor open POs for timely delivery.
• Maintain daily inventory integrity via ERP systems.
• Handle lien waivers and related admin duties.
• Support night shift operations and process improvements.
