Job summary

Life’s Abundance is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support inventory management, vendor relations, and procurement across the organization. You will help maintain optimal stock levels, ensure product quality, and drive cost efficiency to keep products available for Field Representatives and customers.

The role collaborates with vendors, logistics, warehouse teams, accounting, technology, and supply chain leadership to manage the full PO lifecycle and monitor inventory

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing, inventory, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels across multiple locations and warehouses.
• Process and monitor purchase orders from creation through completion.
• Coordinate order changes, backorders, and lead-time updates with vendors.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor records.
• Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment activities.
• Provide logistics support to warehouse managers (ETAs, order tracking, etc.).
