Job summary

RealREPP is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Sr. Purchasing Agent in undefined, undefined. The role focuses on quoting, procurement, and delivery of products from qualified suppliers within company policies.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year AA degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in construction, strong negotiation, and ERP experience (COINS preferred). Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• AA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing practices and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management abilities.
• Proven time management with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and services, ensuring competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with AP and project management to resolve invoices quickly.
• Assist in bid documents, bidder lists, and award recommendations.
• Coordinate with project managers to procure goods and manage supplier relationships.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and follow up on past-due orders.
