RealREPP is partnering with a growing, nationally recognized organization to hire a Sr. Purchasing Agent in undefined, undefined.

The role oversees quoting, procurement, and delivery of products and services, negotiating best value and coordinating with field staff, PM, and accounting to resolve issues and maintain schedules. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction procurement, strong negotiation and ERP experience, and excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing practices, systems, and processes.
• Ability to negotiate and procure items in a timely manner.
• Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Fulfills material requisitions from field staff, estimates or fabrication shop, and procures to ensure timely delivery at competitive prices.
• Coordinates with A/P and Project Management to resolve problem invoices and ensure timely remittance for payment.
• Assists in preparing bid documents, bidders lists, inquiries, and recommendations for award of contract.
• Procures goods and services such as raw materials, equipment, tools, parts and supplies; coordinates with project managers and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Coordinates bulk deliveries of rough products to meet deadlines.
• Prepares and manages purchase orders and follows up on past‑due orders.
