RealREPP is seeking an Associate Purchasing Agent to support the purchasing team with orders, supplier coordination, data entry, and expediting. The role focuses on keeping pricing files accurate in the ERP system and ensuring timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a year of purchasing or customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well with suppliers, project teams, and accounting in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• High school degree or G.E.D.
• Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing or customer service support
• Basic purchasing practices and systems preferred
• Strong time management; multitask effectively
• Analytical with attention to detail
• Proficient in PC software; ERP experience (COINS preferred)
• Team player in a continuous improvement environment
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, customers, PMs, field staff, and accounting

Mansioni

• Assist Purchasing team with placing orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates and back orders.
• Maintain supplier pricing files in ERP.
• Coordinate bulk deliveries of rough products to meet deadlines.
• Assist with processing material returns and credits.
• Support RFQ, RFP processes for pricing and delivery info.
