Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Sr. Purchasing Agent to manage procurement of materials and services, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery across projects. The role involves collaboration with field teams, project management, and accounting to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

The successful candidate will leverage ERP systems, maintain strong supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes within a national organization.

Qualifications

• 2 year AA degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing practices and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Procure and ensure timely delivery of materials at competitive prices.
• Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to resolve issues and payments.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage past-due orders.
• Coordinate bulk deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Assist in compiling bid documents and supplier selection.
