Clearwater Paper Corporation is seeking a senior operations leader to drive safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing across our Augusta-area facilities. The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and a focus on continuous improvement to meet business objectives.

The position emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and collaboration with Quality and Technical teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Formación

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience, including performance management and coaching.
• Advanced systems aptitude and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet production goals while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction across production lines.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and support capital improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
