Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years of experience in public relations, entertainment publicity, or integrated marketing.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic market, cultural trends, and media landscape.
• Established relationships with Hispanic, Spanish-language, entertainment, lifestyle, and general market media.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic publicity campaigns for Hispanic and multicultural audiences.
• Strong knowledge of the entertainment publicity cycle across theatrical, streaming, TV, and home entertainment releases.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage client relationships, lead status meetings, and present strategic recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to new business pitches.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted relationships with assigned clients and serve as day-to-day contact.
• Develop and execute integrated multicultural marketing and publicity campaigns for the U.S. Hispanic market.
• Pitch and secure coverage across Spanish-language, Hispanic, multicultural, and general market media outlets.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hispanic media, journalists, influencers, creators, and partners.
• Identify culturally relevant opportunities, trends, tentpole moments, and partnerships to engage Hispanic audiences.
• Develop campaign strategies, media lists, pitch materials, status reports, and client communications.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure campaign execution.
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals, deliverables, and asset distribution.
• Coordinate screenings, premieres, press junkets, talent appearances, activations, and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reporting and recaps.
• Manage campaign budgets and billing processes.
• Contribute strategic thinking during internal brainstorms and client meetings.
• Mentor interns and junior team members.
