Job summary

H+M Communications is seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic PR team, driving national campaigns that engage Hispanic and multicultural audiences with strategic influencer, media relations, and events. You will help shape storytelling and client value through creative, integrated approaches.

Based in Miami or Los Angeles and able to staff in-person events, you’ll lead campaigns from concept to execution, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across client teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communications; fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least five years in public relations, national and regional campaigns.
• Experience engaging multicultural audiences, with a focus on Hispanics.
• Based in Miami or Los Angeles and able to staff in-person events.
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, English, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be primary client contact, share insights and updates.
• Serve as strategic liaison among client, team, and agency management.
• Establish influencer outreach strategies and lead outreach.
• Write and edit client, influencer, and media materials.
• Counsel clients to align value proposition with news cycle.
• Manage national and regional integrated marketing activities.
• Oversee influencer content and publicity reporting.
• Support operational performance of account teams.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to clients and colleagues.
