Pacific Pros seeks a Scheduler III for construction projects to serve as the LA County Public Works representative in Los Angeles, CA. The role is full-time and on-site, with an opening window between April 2026 and July 2026.

Candidates should have extensive construction scheduling experience and strong proficiency in MS Office tools, including Project and SharePoint. The position requires coordinating schedules, documenting progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely project

Qualifications

15+ years in construction project management field.
Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written).
Customer service oriented with a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving procedures and meet deadlines.
Experience collaborating in a cohesive team.

Responsibilities

Analyze and review construction schedules (baseline/updates) and Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
Prepare master and detailed time schedules.
Input resources, costs, budgets, and progress for EVM reports.
Utilize CPM and milestones planning for monitoring deliverables.
Control time and cost for subcontracts and stakeholders.
Prepare charts, reports, and documents for management review.
Identify critical paths and schedule variances and mitigation plans.
Develop and maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new and renovation work.
